Who we are

Hi, I’m Audrey McKelvey. For the past eight years, I’ve supported students and families from early childhood through age 21 across a wide range of educational settings.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Communicative Disorders with a minor in Health and Human Services, and a Master of Science in Education with a focus in Educational Diagnostician. I am currently completing my Doctorate in Special Education, expected December 2026.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked as a general education elementary teacher, a special education teacher, a speech-language pathologist assistant, and an educational diagnostician. I’ve supported students in medically fragile settings, autism units, resource classrooms, and inclusive environments—giving me a well-rounded understanding of how different supports function in real schools.

My passion is helping families truly understand how their child learns. I focus on providing clear, evidence-based evaluations and practical recommendations that can be used both at school and at home.

I believe in:

  • Clear, honest communication

  • Respecting each child’s unique strengths

  • Partnering with families to create realistic, effective plans

If you’re trying to understand your child’s needs or determine next steps, I’d be glad to connect and help you move forward with confidence.
